If you
receive damaged or defective merchandise, please return the
merchandise within 30 days of the delivery date for a
replacement or a full refund. Returns will be processed within
14 days. Credit card purchases will be credited to the credit
card account used to purchase the merchandise. Refunds for all
other methods of payment will receive a refund check. Please
note that KidPositive.com will cover only shipping costs for
merchandise replacements or for shipping errors we have caused.
