Most banks either cover all charges, or limit your liability to $50.

All we require is:

  1. A purchase has been made from KIDPOSITIVE.COM with your credit card.

  2. The fraud must have occurred through no fault of your own.

  3. You report the fraud to your bank in accordance with your cardholder rules and procedures.

Your bank must provide verification that you are being held liable for the fraud.
